General BUT important Info

A FREE, family-friendly Halloween celebration with games, treats, music, events and spooky surprises! Costumes encouraged for all ages especially for photo opps and fun. Come ready to make memories and tag your photos with #TerrorOnTimmons wherever you post (we work the event and love seeing the afterpics!).

Port a potty will be available on the property located in back.

Bring towel and change of clothes for any late afternoon messy or wet events-change in big ADA portapotty.

Bring bug spray not just before you come. Nothing is worse than noseeums and mosquitos!

Multiple photo opp banners – If anyone has a drone and or would like to videographer the event please let me know as we always miss the highlights but would love to post it for everyone who would like to keep the highlights for memories you’ll be everyone’s hero! Other Volunteer and PAID gigs are at the bottom check em out!

Yes its all FREE! (exception foodtrucks) BUT, firstly we can only serve the residents and NOT those that are not so please respect that we can not handle more, and second we can really use ppl to help support this event so please take a moment to donate. Our goal is literally almost $5,000 (out of pocket costs). We get many of the same ppl we thank them so much (we know who you are) and we’d like to have new ppl contribute to help reach goal- Thanks! donate here

We took the crawl for seo, rank, pinging, indexing for search engines, and so forth turned off so the only ones that would visit the site to know it exists is CP residents. Please do not pass out the info outside the community so that we may continue to serve our own.

Schedule of Events

2:30 PM: Bounce houses (early opening) All new ones this year! Dual slides, bounce, toddler, and a one on one inflatable obstacle course

3:00 PM: Party officially begins – neighbors will have juice boxes, waters, hot dogs, snacks, cake pops, candy, ice pops, cotton candy and popcorn station(s) spread throughout the street! Face painting, Glow and sparkle tattoo, fairy hair check times as wont be all same times. Games prizes

3:00 PM–5pm Fairy Hair Vendor

4:00 PM: Live music begins ends 6pm Check em out with a surprise at the neighbors there charcuterie and…

5:30–9:30 PM: HIGHLIGHT EVENT: Adults and teens separate sections for Silent Disco aka Silent Rave/Silent Party (special teen tent with lasers)Let your teens know! Here’s a 30 sec link to what it looks like and show your teens. Dont be afraid to sing! Any younger than 13 yr old must be with parents in adult area. See what a Silent Disco look like

7:00 PM – 7:15 Approx: Shaving Cream Fight!(While we expect to have dozens of cans they go quick – If can please be a donor of many and contact me so we can prepare them for firing.

Animatronics and lighting go live at sunset

7:15 PM Glow Foam party and 30 ft Slip n Slide. , Foam Party, and 30ft Slip ‘n Slide (weather permitting). There will be a change station avail in the large ADA sized port-a-potty(bring towel & change of clothes) This will be in the rear of the open lot located behind 1775 Timmons.
