PARTICIPANT SAFETY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY RELEASE

_{^{By entering, attending, or participating in this Halloween Community Block Party (“Event”), I acknowledge and understand that participation is voluntary and may involve inherent and unforeseen risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, trips, collisions, contact with other participants, injuries resulting from games or activities, use of bounce houses and other recreational equipment, weather or outdoor conditions, food-related illness or allergic reactions, and injuries arising from decorations, structures, equipment, or the acts or omissions of other participants.}}

^{_{I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, release and hold harmless the Event organizer(s), property owner(s), host(s), volunteers, sponsors, vendors, contractors, activity providers, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in or presence at the Event, including claims involving personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.}}

SAFETY RULES

_{^{For everyone’s safety, all attendees agree to:}}

• _{^{Follow all posted rules, warnings, instructions, and directions given by Event organizers, volunteers, activity operators, or other authorized personnel.}}
• _{^{Use bounce houses and recreational equipment only as directed and within posted age, height, weight, capacity, and other restrictions.}}
• _{^{Never climb on, sit on, hang from, lean against, move, or otherwise interfere with decorations, displays, tables, structures, props, fences, equipment, or other Event property.}}
• _{^{Do not touch, pull, move, climb on, enter, or tamper with Halloween decorations, animatronics, electrical equipment, cords, lighting, or other displays unless specifically instructed that they may be touched.}}
• _{^{Keep children within appropriate adult supervision at all times. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors in their care and for ensuring that minors follow all Event rules.}}
• _{^{No fighting, pushing, shoving, bullying, threatening behavior, reckless behavior, or intentional conduct that could endanger another person.}}
• _{^{No running in areas where running may create a safety hazard, particularly around tables, food areas, electrical cords, decorations, equipment, or crowded areas.}}
• _{^{Do not enter restricted, staff-only, equipment, vendor, or otherwise designated off-limits areas.}}
• ^{_{Do not misuse, alter, disable, move, or interfere with any safety equipment or recreational equipment.}}
• _{^{Do not participate in any activity if you are unable to safely do so or if you have a medical, physical, or other condition that makes participation unsafe.}}
• _{^{Do not bring weapons or dangerous objects to the Event.}}
• _{^{Do not attend or participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance that could affect judgment, coordination, or behavior.}}
• _{^{Immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, damaged equipment, or other safety concerns to an Event organizer or volunteer.}}
• _{^{Respect other attendees, volunteers, vendors, and property. Anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, destructive, or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the Event without refund or compensation.}}

FOOD & ALLERGIES

_{^{Food and refreshments may be provided free of charge by the Event organizer, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, or other participants. Attendees are responsible for determining whether food or beverages are appropriate for themselves or their children. The Event organizer does not guarantee that food is free from allergens or cross-contact. Individuals with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions should exercise appropriate caution and obtain ingredient information before consuming any food.}}

BOUNCE HOUSES & RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

_{^{Use of bounce houses and other recreational activities is voluntary and carries inherent risks. Participants must follow all posted rules and the instructions of the equipment operator. Participants may be required to leave an activity for unsafe behavior, exceeding capacity or other posted limitations, or failure to follow instructions. Parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether a child is physically and developmentally able to participate safely and for supervising the child as required.}}

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

_{^{By entering the Event premises or allowing a minor in my care to participate, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with these safety rules. I understand that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own safety and for the supervision and safety of any minor in my care or i am responsible for. I understand that the Event organizer cannot guarantee that the Event, activities, equipment, food, or premises will be free from hazards or injury.
